I am very passionate about doing things quickly and professionally, it seems from your review you simply did not understand all I needed was a new address to mail a refund check to. I am sorry to hear about your experience during a challenging transition period, it seems you took all our communications the wrong way, your feelings have been hurt I am sorry for that as it seems to have lingered.
