Hi Brianna Johnson, As a simple reply, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the transaction. To respond with just a few important facts: 1. The home was sold at a price higher than what homes are selling for, a year later, in the community. Per my recommendations, we adjusted the pricing to the market and found a buyer in 2 weeks. I was hired after you fired your last Realtor the same day. 2. The buyer reached out with no representation, solely off an incentive I introduced for the home; with all clients, I offer dual agency, this is in your listing agreement that we review together and sign. With the buyer having a strong take on how he would like to offer, I recommended two agents from my Coldwell Banker office- which he declined. He later found an agent from Zillow to move forward with. 3. You attempted to hold over the home through closing. We were delayed once due to the home not being cleared to transfer to the buyer, setting the new closing and time on your behalf. Once that time arrived, everyone, including myself was surprised that you were still refusing to move the Uhual (and still moving items out of the home) from the property until the deal was funded. The buyer's agent and I spent time cleaning before the buyer’s final walk, as the home was left in such horrible condition, with trash, food in the refrigerator, and items in the sink and dishwasher, among other things. With extra efforts to keep the deal polished, I also paid a cleaning fee to the buyer, as a gesture of respect for all that had gone wrong. I was not able to attend the new closing, due to the new day/time switch and pre-set appointments. To end, I cherish all clients! I provide a completely transparent transaction to get the home SOLD for my sellers. Selling a home requires a level of understanding and respect for all parties. Unfortunately, I can not co-sign with any clients who wish to be difficult and disrespectful while handling a business transaction, in which you walked away with a significant win! We fulfilled the obligation of finding a qualified buyer and closing escrow. I wish you the best in the future with all your goals.
