I'm sorry that’s how you feel and that you kept the truth to yourself. I gave you my service regardless the fact you never showed your qualification. I even submitted a couple offer on behalf of you because I trusted your word. I know you own another home in different state, but it does not make you professional to make an opinion on the condition of the property or it’s value. I made it clear to you that the house is still under renovation and that all issues will be addressed. It enough for you to make an offer on this house BUT when you didn’t get it for the price you wished for you decided my service was not good enough and hired another agent. I made it clear that it cannot happen, and you gave up on the house. to support my respond I will state that this home currently being sold for much higher than I presented, or you offered. I wish you the best in your home search. I invite you to read my other client's review which I acted as a dual agent on their home purchase.
