Ms. Vernon, I showed your listing at 2290 Forest Lakes Ln. in Chelsea, AL to my buyers on February 26, 2025, at 4:30 PM. When we arrived, the master bedroom was locked, so I contacted your agent. While waiting, my buyers viewed the rest of the house. About 10 minutes later, your agent called back, saying you were nearby and would unlock the bedroom. I informed my buyers, but they had already decided the property wasn’t suitable due to its condition and size. They declined to wait. After 15 minutes, I locked the front door, and we left to tour other homes. I shared this feedback with your agent that day or the next. Later, I saw your review of me on Zillow. I don’t know you personally and had to verify which property you owned. To clarify, neither my buyers nor I caused any damage to your drawers. If anything had been broken, I would’ve reported it to your agent when I called or during my feedback. I’m sorry about the damage but assure you, we weren’t responsible. The statements you posted are false and could negatively affect me and my business. Please consider removing them. Thank you, Liliana Perez
