It is unfortunate that you did not mention that only a 30 day notice was needed. Forty five days were given as u mentioned. I was very clear after walk thru that the owner needed to do one too and that she would be deciding The deductions. She also paid you three days which she really didn’t have to since the house was already vacant and the walk-through had been done. The owner did not charge you for two fans that were not working. I think the owner was more than fair with the deductions. As for the service visits your schedule was too busy to sometimes coordinate the repairman. The owners beautiful weeping willow which was in excellent condition was left weak and diseased and probably will have to be replaced. We did have a phone conversation after your walk through since you were questioning the deductions and you were fine and said that you understood so I think it is unfortunate that you would write this kind of review. Wish you the best in your new home.
