Helped me rent a Single Family home in Redington shores, FL.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI tried to rent a home through Linda. I made an offer and she was to check with the owner. After 2 days of not hearing bac and leaving multiple messages, she finally picked up to say she sold it 1 hour ago.

Dear Mr. Novata, It was a pleasure speaking with last week regarding a short term vacation RENTAL. Just for clarification the condo in question is for RENT, not for sale. I presented your rental price offer to the owner who respectfully declined your offer to rent. Unfortunately, low ball offers on rental properties do not get traction in this market. Made firm offer and she was unresponsive, made excuses, never sent application to me and completely wasted my time. Took pictures of the home during my viewing instead of attending to me as a qualified renter.
