It was surprising to read your comments about our company increasing an advertised price on a home. It has never been our practice to request more than advertised. In high demand areas we have prospective renters offer more than others renters who have already secured the property with a qualified application. We always honor the qualified appIication received first. I am wondering if someone placed a scam ad like we and prospective renters sometimes experience.
