Hi Chad, Thank you for your kind words. It's important when one hires a Real Estate Broker to represent them that you can trust they will put your needs first & provide you with service you deserve. You as my client are my only priority and making sure your experience is a positive one and that we find a great home/investment. Negotiating is an art and it's important to find a win win for both parties. Generally if there isn't a win win on both sides the transaction doesn't come together. Agreed that moving isn't fun but we made a great team should we ever do this again : ) very happy you love your new place and wish you many new memories to come in your near future.
