I appreciate your feedback and would like to reference my notes. The property you inquired about, did not meet your stated requirements. Your stated requirements: A significant upgrade from your current home (at $130,000), Had to be $30,000 less so no more than $100,000, You had to sell your home first as you would not have any cash to purchase the property, Must be approved by your spouse. I promptly responded via email and later left a detailed voicemail. Not hearing back from you we acknowledged that no further action was necessary. Following up on the review, I contacted you to discuss this post and to resolve any miscommunication, and unfortunately you responded with inappropriate comments. I pride myself as a Real Estate professional with over 12 years in the Arizona market with high marks. Sorry this engagement did not work out and wish you the best of luck in your endeavors and hope that you are able to make the transition that you are seeking.
