Sold a Townhouse home in 2016 in Norristown, PA.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsProbably the worst communication skills I have ever encountered when dealing with a Broker. E-mails and phone call are not returned in a timely basis. Sometimes takes days to get back to me.

This person did not listen to anything I suggested, so as far as worst communication, he just didn't like what I communicated, which was that he was considerably overpriced for the area. He was in the hospital for a couple weeks, so I could not reach him while he was there. Then he went to Florida, where I could not reach him. So maybe if he turned on his cell, he would have seen all the attempts to communicate. In addition, he called me to be his agent again. So how bad could I have been!
