Please note that this is a negative review from a Buyer that I did not represent. I represented the Seller that chose not to move forward with their contract because of inferior terms. Perhaps I should see this a bit more like a 5 STAR review. Personally, I was very disappointed for you guys when the Sellers choose another offer and I did try to lure you closer to the mark. The terms suited them better and it’s their decision- not mine. Since I’ve never said those things about you or your wife, it is clear as to who the source must be. Look no further than your realtor. Let’s also be sure to tell the public that you got frustrated when the Sellers did not respond to your offer that was 18% under list price during the first week on market. So frustrated in fact, that you showed up at their home, in their backyard unannounced and tried to bully them. That sure did make an impression.
