I’m sorry your offer was not selected on this home, which I was in communication with your agent throughout the process to give you equal opportunity to make any adjustments and hopefully he relayed the message. It's important to understand that all decisions regarding offer deadlines and offer selection are made by the seller, not by a listing agent.
