While there was initial communication indicating approval, further review by the landlord revealed additional factors that led to the decision not to proceed with the lease. Throughout the process, I made sure to communicate promptly and transparently with the guest, providing updates as soon as the situation changed. I understand that this shift in approval was frustrating and disappointing, but I worked diligently to keep the guest informed at every step involved.
