My day starts with a walk or bike ride with my dogs. My morning exercise give me time to think and have my day planned out by the time I end my morning walk/ride. And of course gives my dogs the exercise they need.
At the start of my day, the interruptions of being a Real Estate Agent take over. Phone calls, detours all day long, but I always manage to get the priorities complete, even if they move into the late evening hours.
