Lou is a lifelong resident of Wayne, and graduated from Wayne Valley High School in 1987. He has served on The Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors since 2005, was their Soccer Commissioner from 2007 - 2017, and was honored as the 2020 Man of The Year. Francesca and Lou were married in 1997, and have raised 3 children here in Wayne: Daniella, 20, Louis, 18, and Lucas, 15.
