Advise visting in-person between tenants to ensure it's been property cleaned.

I'm unsure who wrote this as we don't recognize the name Mike Lore. Kindly contact me so we can discuss your concern. We perform interior inspections of all our properties at least every 6 months to make sure the tenant is adhering to the cleaning obligation detailed in the lease. Occasionally, with the owner's permission, we'll decline to renew a lease when a tenant just doesn't clean. When a tenant vacates we always do a move out inspection, and if needed hire a professional cleaner paid from the deposit. The vast majority of disputes come from tenants complaining that we hired a professional cleaner at their expense. Please let me know who you are, we'd like to know which property this is and if possible make it right.
