    We apologies that you feel this way, while we believe there may have been some misunderstandings on your side HOA Application: The HOA requirement was clearly stated in the listing and mentioned in the pre-approval email you received before submitting your holding amount and we also sent you the HOA application form before you do the payment. We have attached proof for your reference. Lease Fee: Dina informed you that the $45 lease drafting fee was already paid, and there was no expectation for you to pay it again. Lease Agreement: We encourage all clients to review the full lease agreement. If you have specific legal concerns, we recommend consulting a lawyer to clarify any points. Appliance Responsibility: We want to clarify that tenants are only responsible for appliances if damage is caused by them, and this was not our intent to mislead. Communication: Our team, including Louisa and Mohamed, aimed to clarify your questions throughout the process. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve misunderstandings. Refund Policy: We could not process a refund as the property was taken off the market, which resulted in lost opportunities for other potential tenants and that was stated in the pre-approval you received before you make the payment. Continued Support: Louisa followed up with you via email to explain the situation in detail and offer you the option to proceed.
