Thank you for your review! I enjoyed working with your family. Finding the right home that met all the lender requirements such as price, condition, area, was challenging-- most homes just didn't fit the requirements and it took time. However, after carefully watching the market, the right fit came available. I didn't give up and I'm glad you didn't! The home was perfect-- excellent condition, priced well below market, and with a quick settlement. It was extremely rewarding to find your family a home!
