Kept our property tied up with an unqualified buyer then disappeared. Didn’t do what he said he would do. He made a lot of promises that he did not follow-through. Do NOT recommend!

I'm disappointed you feel this way, but also confused. Firstly, you recall you made an offer on this house without seeing it, against my advise. After inspections, you requested items to be repaired or replaced that the sellers saw to be unreasonable, so they decided not to negotiate. After several weeks of talking to their agent and negotiating on your behalf, I got them to agree to exactly the value of the repairs you requested. After getting back to you on this, you indicated that you had lost interest. That was the last I heard from you. This is the first low rating I have ever gotten in my 10+ years in real estate. I take customer experience and working on behalf of my clients very seriously. I am sorry you feel this way. I wish you well and hope you find the home you are looking for.
