David and Madeleine Basham met in Los Angeles California and was married in 1997. They soon developed an interest in remodeling homes and became successful in that endeavor.
In 2001, they moved to Englewood Florida in South West Florida on the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Soon after arriving, they became licensed Broker Realtors and in 2003 opened Lemon Bay Realty.
