This client had told me they were working with another Realtor. As I mentioned to her I can not in good faith work with her as long as another realtor was working with her. It is unethical in our industry to take clients away from another Realtor and we can be held legally liable. I ask the client to go back and work with the Realtor that had already put in the time and effort to show property to her.
