    Who is this, could you please call me at 510-299-6629 right away. I can't recall who you are. Many people tour the properties when we do open houses. For property management, I'm supposed to enquire the potential tenants on several things to 100% make sure the number of people going to live at the property is legal, as we heard of a case where a city had imposed fines on a home owner when their tenant invited more people to live on the property than what it can accommodate. In one case, one of our own tenants after signing the lease, had someone else move into the property. She paid the rent for 2 months on their behalf, and then stopped paying. Then we came to know that someone else was living at the property, eviction costed $6K + 6 months rental income was lost + 6 months mortgage payment was made by the landlord. About $22K was lost in the process. Am I not supposed to find out how many people are going to live in the property? If you don't answer to the questions straight, then it will also make us feel suspicious. To protect the landlords, if I don't enquire the basic things, then I won't be doing my duty as expected. Kindly do not post any wrong reviews about anyone anywhere, as its not going to help you. If you are an another agent who is posted this, kindly focus on your own business.
