My professional obligation is to represent my clients’ best interests, not the other party’s. That said, we went well above and beyond industry norms to make your move smoother. You were granted access to the property two full days before closing — something rarely allowed due to the legal and financial liability for the seller. This early access saved you the cost and hassle of overnight storage and gave you a far easier transition into the home. In my 10 years in real estate, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, and my integrity has never been questioned. Lying is not, and never will be, part of who I am. While I understand emotions can run high during a move, I stand by the professionalism and extra effort we provided.
