Dear Michael, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We understand your disappointment in not being able to view the property. We want to clarify our process. As explained during your initial call, we only schedule showings for individuals who have submitted and been approved through our application process. This policy helps us ensure the safety and security of the property and respects the time of both our staff and potential tenants. You declined to submit an application at that time. Subsequently, another individual submitted a completed application, was approved, and ultimately signed a lease for the property before you had a chance to view it. As you did not submit an application or sign a lease agreement with us, the property was rented to another qualified applicant. We informed you of this as soon as the lease was finalized.
