I strive to always provide a memorable and professional experience to all of my clients. I do want to correct a few of your statements and point out key details to the above transaction. Your home was originally listed higher than my recommended price and the staging recommendations given were ignored. I held two open houses and had your property advertised on all major social media/internet outlets. Your property had heavy traffic and interest level, but price recommendations were ignored. Shortly after Covid 19 and state lock down happened. State restrictions restricted the active advertising of homes. Once the restrictions eased the property was back on the market at original recommended price and went pending ina week. This listing had two agents. At closing only one agent was permitted to attend the settlement. I was in constant contact with the sellers day of settlement. This property was sold during a pandemic and uncharted waters.
