I never see Erica in person, she sent messaged at 230AM Sep 10 to tour property, then She submit application at 630AM, I viewed the application the same day and discuss with owner, owner can not accepted her, so when She asked about her application, i texted her that she is not accepted, very simple word because I have ton things to do ,at the same time I want to respond to her, so she doesnt waste her time, She replied me with rude msg about me not proffesional about the way i responded to her,she said i should say sorry about she is not being accepted, not just that she also sent me a bad review just because I said Not ACcepted, if she asked me the reason , i would be happy to explain, but she seem knew it.I also can not respond for tour request that someone sent at 230am
