    The tenant did not have heat because his gas utility account was shut off by the provider. The account is set up between the tenant and service provider directly. He had been living in the apartment for 15 months at this point. How the tenant was unaware that his gas account was shut off and inactive after living in the apartment for over a year and through a previous winter season I find difficult to believe. This review was also posted after tenant was made aware of his issue directly by me which makes the timing and true intent of the review suspicious. Furthermore, this tenant was evicted for non-payment of rent the summer of 2018.
