Victor ~ Thanks for the very nice review. I really enjoyed working with you and helping you find your first home. I was thrilled that out of the 4 offers received on this Fannie Mae foreclosure yours was the accepted offer! I wish we could have done more negotiating but with a Fannie Mae foreclosure which has multiple offers the highest and best offer gets the house. Giving that firm offer got you your home. Plus you came in under the appraised value. I’m glad it worked out for you. Congratulations and best wishes in your new home.
