I have actually brought up your story with several others when they tell me that they're up against impossible odds. I've always enjoyed winning over people after a bad experience. In this case, those sellers just wanted to be listened to, and it helps to have an impartial neutral party to mediate. Thank you, Harlow! I was very happy to help you get out of a bad rental situation. That home needed so much work, and it was better to get it sold than try to rehab it ourselves. I know that the buyers were VERY excited to get this home, and from what I hear they have done many great improvements to it.
