    Matt Hart is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful (as evident by his response to the reviewer below). He is unresponsive, unreliable, and behaves as though he cannot be bothered with you. I would refrain from working with him.

    Hey, sorry to hear you had a bad experience buying a home. Some markets are still aggressive with the low inventory. This was a special listing where the seller handles his own sale like a FSBO listing. It's good that you had agent representing but usually when you lose a deal, the fault lies with the buyer by not making the highest offer or not responding in a timely manner when there are multiple offers. Your agent should have guided you through the process. I apologize for the stress and inconvenience. Your agent should reach out to the owner and ask for reimbursement of your home inspection cost since it is not you who backed away from the deal. It's usually the decent thing. What is not decent is to copy and paste your review to all my social media profiles like a child. Anyway, I hope you find something soon. Best, Matt
