A real estate transaction puts us all through so many aspects of personality. Sometimes very stressful and sad too. I remember that in this case, the Seller died just after we had written the contract. We were able to negotiate to have the estate continue with the sale and it made it so much easier on them too. The partners in this transaction are such great designers and completely refurbished/remodeled this unit to where it is one of the very best luxury oceanfront unit for rent in the Royal Mauian! I love that we have all become friends and I look forward to your visits as I feel as we have become "ohana" (family). Mahalo for your kind words!
