This review is totally fallacious. The prospective buyer who wrote the review NEVER saw the house and presented an offer without a mortgage pre-approval. As I am duty bound to present all offers to my seller, I promptly did so. My seller selected a much more qualified buyer at better terms. This review was written by a disgruntled, out-of-town person who is not at all familiar with today's competitive market in Southern Westchester.
