Thank you for sharing your feedback. While I represented the seller in this transaction, I want to acknowledge that buying or selling a home can be stressful, especially when expectations around communication and post-closing logistics don’t perfectly align. To clarify, the home’s heat was never turned off; our records confirm the thermostat remained set at 68 degrees. The utility confusion stemmed from a brief miscommunication with the service provider, not from neglect. The property was professionally cleaned and carefully maintained before and during the sale, which is reflected in the strong final sale price. I also want to note that, while I do my best to assist when I can, certain buyer transition items, such as securing garage remotes, mailbox keys, and transferring alarm systems. That said, I continued supporting my out-of-state seller after closing to track down those final details, and I relayed that information as it became available. My role is to advocate for my client’s best interests, and they are proud of the outcome we achieved. I understand this process may not have felt seamless from your end, but I sincerely hope you’re enjoying your new home and that it brings you lasting comfort and joy.
