Mason, I wish the sale of your home would have been a much smoother process for you and your wife. My goal for all of my clients is to help make their move as smooth as possible. Unfortunately there were a lot of challenges during the process that were out of our control. A lot of new requirements came up with your transaction that were a surprise to all parties involved and put a lot of pressure on you both. For that I apologize.
