    Josh and Jennifer, I cannot thank you enough. Business relationships with regards to Realtors have changed over the years. However, What my role as a Realtor and what value I bring to the table with my buyers and sellers in essence has not changed all that much throughout my 20 years. I started in Real Estate in 2003. This new site came out and vowed to take over the Real Estate world in 2006. Although, Zillow has become a major influencer by being really the first major player to utilize the licensing agreements of local MLS's as a way to bring listings to consumers. Now anyone can log on and look at pretty pictures and get some basic listing info. That's quite frankly the easy part. The hard part is knowing exactly what the current conditions are. There is this pendulum swinging back and forth. Sometimes it's "normal" for seller's to being willing to give up quite a bit of cantractual constraints which might benefit the buyer if the buyer pool is scarce. Then there are other times when the buyer is in the middle of a strong seller market where the buyers are plentiful and sellers are not having to budge at all. This moving target is part what provides experienced, full time Realtors that edge in knowing at any given time where the market is and how best to help their clients get the best deal they possibly can. It's reviews like yours which help me highlight to those out there who may be wondering what value can there be when you hire the right Realtor. Someone who is experienced and knows the market.
