Respectfully, in this particular transaction I was hired to represent the seller and execute on their wishes as their fiduciary. Which as you know is a legal obligation that I take very seriously. The complaints you’ve listed were and are the responsibility of your buying agent. I’m sorry they fell short in this regard.
