Yes Ma'am, I am sorry that you are upset. Your connection was very poor and you seemed upset before I answered the phone. You told me that you were working with a realtor named Shawn. I simply stated that I would not be able to work you in that case. I suggested calling your Realtor Shawn and he would be happy to help you. Did you give your Realtor a bad review as well, for not responding to you prior to your call to me?

The first thing she told me was, “I have a realtor that I’ve signed up with in Phoenix. They would handle the sale and all I want you to do is to let me in these homes.” I already had clients scheduled. I told her that she should call her realtor and have them show the homes or have them call me. Alison got upset primary because she get could not get a realtor to let her into the houses immediately.
