I certainly appreciate you taking the time to write a review on Zillow. I am perplexed by the inspection comments as a certified home inspection was conducted, a pest inspection was performed, and we performed a lengthy walk around with your father to point out and discuss the obvious issues with the home. When I was able to find the very private 5 acre parcel you were looking for, that was in your price range, it was no surprise the home needed a lot of work, which you were on board with doing the repairs. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with my level service, I would be happy to discuss the details with you personally.
