This is in response to the review from kathykittentrust. This review upsets me since I have no idea who this is from, if I worked with them o,r what property allegedly had these issues. I have been a well respected realtor for almost 30 years and am deeply troubled by this review. I take pride in making sure that everyone I work with is well represented and is happy with all sales. On my Zillow review sheet the reviewer did not give a name and gave a made up address, so I can't defend myself, but it does upset me. Mike
