So sorry your property did not sell in the 3-4 weeks I had it listed. I told you up front we would not be doing open houses. My reason was you live in a gated community with only a code access. Also, you only have one parking space. As for your comments as to 6 month rentals or beachfront I was only giving you feedback that buyers had made. I explained several times to you that with no short term rental allowed it was stopping the investors interest. I finally released you from the agreement at my suggestion because you were constantly texting and calling wanting to know the same exact same things. I wish you nothing but the best but you may want to price your unit like I suggested in the beginning and see what happens.
