We are very pleased with our experience with Brown Davis Group, or as we know them Molly and Katie. They worked with us for a little over a year to help us find our home. Our family moved to the Columbus area in December 2016. We were excited, nervous, and even intimidated with the entire idea of purchasing our first home. Molly and her wealth of experience helped us navigate the entire process and we're forever grateful for everything she did for us. Fast forward the clock a little more than two years and we found ourselves in a position to move closer to family. When it came to choosing a realtor to help sell our home - we always knew we'd go back to Molly. However, we didn't just get Molly this time around. Molly's daughter - Katie - graduated from college and joined the family business during that two-year hiatus. They make a great team together. They bring tons of energy and laughs along with them but you also know that they're going to put their noses to the grindstone and work for their customer too. I think that one of the hardest parts of purchasing or selling a home is knowing whether or not you're getting taken to the cleaners or not. Is it a good deal? Is it a bad deal? Are you getting taken advantage of by the other realtor? By your realtor? Molly and Katie throw all of those nerves out the window from the first time you meet them. You'll quickly learn that once they're in your corner - the fight is already over.

Molly and Katie were an excellent team! As a first time home-buyer, they were unbelievable in guiding me on every step of this process and were so incredibly thorough in making sure that absolutely no stone was left unturned. I felt so valued as a client, and cannot believe the level of hard work and detail they put into helping us with the entire home-buying process. If I didn't know better, these two never sleep! I started looking for a house 2 years ago. Molly was recommended by a trusted friend . I finally purchased a house this June . I wasn't in a rush to find a house and I had something very specific in mind so I knew it wasn't going to be quick . Molly was very easy to work with , she was always available for questions and concerns , very respectful and professional . She never made me feel bad about how long it took to find a house and I was able to be very open about what I liked or didn't like about a house. She was patient and never rushed me. She found the perfect house for me .. initially I didn't see it because it was smaller than what I wanted but she made me see it and it was definitely the right decision . I am in love with the neighborhood and I couldn't be happier ! Molly will be selling my house when the time comes and I would definitely recommend to my friends in- fact I did and she bought a house before me ! She also has been invaluable in helping me find plumbers , contractors and so on . You can't go wrong with Molly
