I've been maintaining and renovating homes since I was 14 years old. I started as a helper for a local contracting company in Maplewood, NJ in 1988. Over the years I've held every job in the business from painting and carpentry, to answering the phones in our office. In 2007 I founded Monk's Painting and grew it into the company it is today. Kitchen cabinets were originally oak with a natural stain. Monk's Painting sanded, primed and painted them with Benjamin Moore paint in Creme Froth satin impervio. They removed old hinges and hardware and installed new hinges and hardware. Attention to detail was given in regards to covering and protecting other parts of kitchen. Good clean-up as well.
