I'm not sure why you feel that way, we discussed at length the requirements of a coop purchase, down payment requirements, closing costs and debt-to-income ratio, among other things. After we talked, you responded that you were not able financially to consider a purchase at this time, and that you would need a year or two to save for a down payment. As I said to you when we spoke, I would be happy to assist you when you are ready. I have many happy clients whom I have guided through the coop buying process, and I am an expert at the coop application. I've submitted dozens of such applications on the behalf of my clients, and not one has ever been rejected! I hope to assist you in the future as well. :)
