Experinace a different Realtor. Most Realtors ask you to sign a listing contract and then they input your property info into the MLS and wait until someone calls and ask about your home. I, on the other hand work hard to get your home actually SOLD. I don't seat and pray for a client to call me. I find the client and sell the HOME.
