To clarify, this person came to a group showing of the house, which were the only way to show the home due to the tenants request. I was representing the homeowner so I tried to explain (not convince anyone of) the value of the house. I have never concealed issues w/ a house or pushed buyers into purchasing a home that wasn't right for them, and have often discouraged someone from buying a home that could be a bad fit (too much work needed, too noisy, etc). My partner follows up for feedback after showings. When they did not get a response, they followed up once more. I believe that was the end of it. I do apologize if you didn’t feel satisfied and had you come to me at the time, I’d have bent backwards to help. I would love to prove my value & experiance to you & show 1st hand why so many have trusted me w/ their real estate needs
