In 1974, as the Broker/owner of The Circle Agency, I joined the Century 21 franchise. I was the first Broker in Ocean County to join, and the 42nd in the state.
Having expanded to 2 offices in 1978, I opened Century 21 Nifoussi Realty at 1374 Hooper avenue, Toms River, NJ . In 1982 I sold the office in Bricktown, where the name Circle Agency remained and therefore renamed the Toms River office to Century 21 Nifoussi Realty.
