    5/22/25 ran across this review again and wanted to clarify again some details as I have never received such poor feedback. This review does not reflect the truth or the standard of service my team and I provide. J & A, I’m honestly shocked by your review, especially coming the day after Christmas—what a surprise. It’s disappointing these claims being made yet no responsibility for one’s own role as a buyer. At no point were any concerns mentioned while we were working together, I worked hard on educating on the process and my track record with every other client has five-star service, the reviews here speak volumes. Just to clarify, as a realtor, I do not have the authority to call your bank on your behalf—which is exactly why they verify your identity on the phone—or to order an appraisal, that is something the lender does with your explicit permission- not the realtor. Throughout your transaction, I worked tirelessly to advocate for your interests and provide you with the best possible experience. **Local Knowledge:** I showed you homes all over the area, from Hillsboro to Milwaukie, always coming prepared with detailed background information, printed flyers, and market insights. We discussed neighborhood pros and cons, and I shared my personal experience as both a local and a licensed broker in both WA and OR. **Process Expertise:** At your request, I shifted gears quickly between homes, wrote up offers immediately, and provided you with comprehensive market analyses. I coordinated with inspectors, handled repair addendums exactly as you wanted, and even contacted the county to confirm permits for your peace of mind. Every step of the way, I communicated timelines and made sure you were covered with the necessary paperwork. **Responsiveness:** I responded to your calls and texts almost immediately, sent paperwork on time, and scheduled every appointment promptly—no matter the distance. The only delay in closing was due to the timing of the appraisal order, which was outside of my control and communicated clearly to you. **Negotiation Skills:** We secured a significant price reduction of thousands of dollars, and got the seller to include costly personal property—a clear negotiation win for you. When vendor timelines became an issue due to COVID, I advocated for you to receive a price reduction so you could choose your own contractors. I even donated 30% of my commission to the veterans program, which meant that you personally received a portion of my commission as a benefit at closing through the program. I understand the home-buying process can be stressful, but I consistently went above and beyond to ensure your interests were protected. I also noticed similar dissatisfaction of other professionals involved in this transaction, especially since you had informed me even your previous realtor was not up to par and you fired them. Your frustration may have been with the process itself rather than my service or any of the other hard working folks involved. I am confident in the quality of service and results I deliver to my real estate clients, and I am proud to work alongside a dedicated team known for client satisfaction. This review does not accurately reflect my work or the collaborative effort involved in every transaction.
