    Thank you for the detailed feedback. Anytime we work with a client, whether it be a lease or sale, our only intention is to provide them with the highest level of service. Although, we were not able to secure a qualified Lease based on your standards during the listing period, I made every effort to ensure your home had THE BEST marketing and the most amount of exposure, as promised. All of the information we provide is related to the available comparable sales/leases in your surrounding area. The market will dictate the price, this was made clear during our initial conversation and ongoing conversations. In my 22 year career as a broker, I have never deceived a client just to list a property. That is NOT how I operate PERIOD. Communication is extremely important, I respond to calls/emails/texts immediately unless I am in a meeting with a client. Your review has many Fallacies, I will leave it at that. For this client to question my integrity, criticize my character, and make claims that are simply unfounded or true, I have to respond. We understand when things do not go exactly as planned but we are in a very challenging market and leases at this price point for a very unique home do take time. I have a long track record of successfully navigating many challenging sales and leases and would invite you to read all other reviews about my business. Whether it is a $500k home or a $15 million luxury estate, the one thing I will always put my name behind is my honesty, integrity and transparency!
