I’d like to clarify this situation for the sake of transparency and to protect the integrity of my professional record. The person posting this review was indeed a client, and we had a valid and active listing agreement in place at the time of the events described. As their listing agent, I presented a strong, qualified offer from an interested buyer. The client chose not to proceed, stating they were taking the property off the market. However, shortly after, the same buyer’s agent who submitted the original offer approached the seller directly. The seller then proceeded to negotiate and close the sale with that same buyer, using the exact same title company listed in the original offer, all while our exclusive listing agreement was still in effect. This was a clear breach of contract and professional ethics. Our legal team pursued the matter, and the court ruled in our favor, awarding a settlement for the violation. This review appears to be an attempt to shift blame after those legal proceedings. I remain fully committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all of my transactions, and I encourage anyone with questions about this situation to reach out directly.

He ignores calls, promises to meet, then vanishes all day. Acts aggressively and very unprofessionally. I do not recommend dealing with him.

Hello, I take all feedback seriously, but after thoroughly reviewing my records, I can confirm that I have never had any communication, transaction, or scheduled meeting with this individual. No deposit was ever received, nor was any business conducted. This review is entirely false and appears to have been posted maliciously. Since its posting, the individual has contacted me demanding money in exchange for removing the review. I view this as an attempt to damage my reputation through dishonest means, and I have documented the communication for reporting purposes. I have reported this matter to Zillow and am exploring all appropriate steps to ensure the integrity of my professional record is protected. I remain committed to honest, ethical service and encourage any prospective clients to reach out directly with questions.
