Otto is native of Puerto Rico.  He grew up in San Juan. After graduating from high-school, attended the University of Puerto Rico.

Otto dedicated his time in the Turistic & Hotel business, where he spent the better part of his time working with the public. Ready for a new challenge, Otto received his real estate broker license in 2019 and joined Costa del Caribe Realty recently and very excited about learning the field .
